Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Katachi, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use Katachi for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose without authorization
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in Katachi
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
User Responsibilities
As a user of Katachi, you agree to:
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Not use the service for any illegal activities
- Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
- Not interfere with or disrupt the service
Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
Limitation of Liability
Katachi shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or security breaches.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
